I can't login to the AAT Green Light Test
Problem reported by Lisa Delling - January 14, 2015 at 4:43 PM
Resolved
When I click the link to the AAT Green Light Test in the GET VLE, a new page opens asking for my username and password.

I have tried both my AAT login and Gold Edge login but it doesn't recognise either. Which login should I use?

Hi Lisa,

It should be easier, but after reporting this issue to AAT, we have been informed that the 'Green Light' system cannot authenticate your MyAAT account details. This means you have to access the Green Light test via the MyAAT 'study support search' page. When you click the links from the 'study support search' page, your MyAAT account details are authenticated first, before you are redirected to the 'Green Light' test dashboard.

If you do not, you will be prompted for a username and password intended for system administrators, not students, so you will not be able to log in.

We will update the GET VLE, adding the following link shortly. See the GET Support article: How to access the AAT Green Light test for more information.

Please let us know if you encounter any further issues.
