Is two hours plenty of time to complete AAT exams?

I’ve just started revision for Processing Bookkeeping Transactions and I’m worried because I’m taking a long time to complete the practice assessments.  Is two hours enough time to complete the actual exams?

I’m on level 3 and have always finished easily within the time they give you. I try to go back and check through what I have done with the any time I have left.

I’ve also never had a problem. I completed basic costing in just over an hour.

I’m on level 3 and have heard that there's not enough time allowed for spreadsheets, but I think AAT has added extra time after getting complaints. Does anyone know if that's true as spreadsheets is my next exam?

Yes you are right Simon there was extra time added. It wasn't that the exam took a long time to complete, it was that some exam time was taken up printing the various documents needed at the end. Time has now been added for this

Everyone is right and the AAT do allocate sufficient time to complete each exam. However this shouldn't make you complacent because some people find some subjects more difficult and that could mean you take a little longer in those exams.
